We provide on-site childcare in beautifully decorated bell tents filled with toys, crafts, games, and age-appropriate activities. Perfect for weddings, festivals, private parties, and corporate events!
Our services are typically for children aged 2 to 12, but we can tailor activities and supervision for other age groups—just let us know in advance so we can ratio each event accordingly.
At each event, there will be at least 1 qualified staff member at Level 5, including, indate, peadeatric first aid training. All of our childcare staff will be DBS-checked and have experience in working with children in various settings.
Each bell tent comes fully equipped with soft flooring, cushions, toys, books, games, art supplies, and decorations. We also offer add-ons, such as, cinema set ups and mini discos!
We offer both. Our standard service includes full supervision so parents can relax and enjoy the event, knowing their children are safe and entertained. You can also opt to have us there to entertain and the children can come and go as they please!
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay, but our setup is designed so they don’t have to unless they want to
This depends on the size of the event and number of staff. A typical tent can comfortably host up to approximately 18 children at one time. We scale our staff and setup to suit your needs.
Safety is our priority. We use secure equipment, follow strict hygiene protocols, and maintain a high child-to-staff ratio. We also have a risk assessment of our service and public liability insurance.
We usually require access to power for lighting or heating/cooling, and sometimes water. We’ll confirm these needs with you during the booking process. We do have backup generators if this is not available!
We recommend booking as early as possible - especially for weddings and summer events - but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Our bell tents are weatherproof, but in extreme weather conditions (heavy wind, lightning, etc.), we may need to adapt or relocate indoors if possible. We'll discuss contingency plans during your booking and further explanation to this can be found in our terms and conditions.
We’re based in the Costwolds (WR12). For events outside this area, additional travel fees will apply but we are more than happy to accommodate.
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance and all our services comply with local childcare regulations.
